Reiki / Cosmic Life Energy
Reiki is the universal (REI) and cosmic life energy (CI) available to all living beings. It is gently transferred to specific parts of the body via the hands and adapts to individual needs during the treatment. Reiki requires qualified trainings and initiations, which can be obtained by anyone. I offer energetic wellness treatments and/or teach the traditional Reiki after Dr. Mikao Usui, who re-discovered this natural form of life energy work.

Treatments
An energetic wellness treatment with Reiki can help to restore balance in many areas of life where things have become out of alignment. Whether it's a stressful phase that has caused low energy levels or energy blockages and/or bodily tension, an energetic wellness treatment can restore a comforting, more relaxed balance to the body, mind, and soul. Reiki can release blockages, activate self-healing powers, and thus also relieve pain—because when we unwind, we simply become more relaxed on all levels. Universal life energy can flow freely again.
During such a wellness treatment, you lie or sit comfortably (fully clothed, of course;-) and simply relax in a protected space with soothing music and pleasant scents while the Reiki treatment takes place. Many report feeling a “tingling” or warmth as the energy flow balances itself and discomfort is alleviated. Afterwards, topics that have emerged in the energetic field can be contemplated more closely together.

Trainings with Initiations
Training/Initiation in Reiki 1st Degree
Through this training you will gain access to this universal form of energy work. As soon as you have been initiated by a qualified Reiki Master/Teacher, the energy flows through you. You are then an open channel for vitalizing energies that serve the highest spiritual well-being. These energies significantly raise your vibration and energy potential. Four initiations over the course of two days will give you access to the Reiki life energy available in the cosmos for the rest of your life. Those who give Reiki are simultaneously strengthened, because every channel also receives.

Training/Initiation in Reiki 2nd Degree
The 2nd degree marks a great developmental leap that enables you to do mental energy work through further initiations. You will learn three power symbols with which you can transfer Reiki energy more intensively. A strong energy increase makes remote treatments possible over any distance.

Initiation in Reiki, Grade 3 / Master-Teacher
Through the initiation to become a Reiki Master and working with this extremely high master energy, your ability to transfer energy is connected to the higher dimension. Your consciousness is directed towards becoming one with the divine Reiki power, which is brought into the world through your heart. The teacher training of this overall course enables you from now on to teach yourself and to carry out Reiki initiations at all levels up to the Master/Teacher degree.

Beyond the trainings and initiations, I am happy to assist you as a “transformation facilitator” with all further questions and challenges. In traditional terms, one would say “as a mentor or coach” - but it is more (or less;-) than that. To me, all encounters are a valuable, unifying gift for everyone involved. For the highest good - on a small and large scale. For the benefit of the WHOLE that we are in ALL and ONE.
In doing so, I am happy to bring in valuable additional impulses from the broad spectrum of coaching/mentoring techniques or other forms of creative expression. For example, accompanying journaling or a playful and creative attention to the “inner team” and inner belief patterns can be helpful in exploring the true self.
