Meditation
Meditation is a means to quiet the mind by finding the stillness which is principally already there within ourselves. It allows you to shift your internal reference point from mind to witness and regain memory of who you really are - beyond all ego-self conditionings. Meditation can facilitate our inward journey within a process of self-expansion. It is about gently quieting the internal dialogue which usually keeps our minds busy all the time. With time and regular practice meditation may become much more than just a daily stress-reduction technique as it plays a major part in leading a more conscious, balanced life-style. A multitude of scientific studies have shown, that such a conscious life-style improves our health, wellbeing, creativity and the flow of our lives.
Meditation allows you to take your awareness from activity to ever-quieter levels of thinking until you go beyond thought, into the stillness and silence of Spirit. There are diverse techniques and what these all have in common is that they induce you to actively use your innate capacity for awareness-focusing.
